Return your order via USPS, FedEx, or any other traceable shipping.

Once we have received your package, we will issue you a refund within 7 to 10 business days. We suggest you insure your package when returning it to us, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return
  • We issue you a refund within 7 to 10 business days
  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges and UPS Return Label return charge, if you choose this option.
  • Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.


We know that you’ll love your JAXJOX KettlebellConnect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund.

Terms and Conditions: You must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.  Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Because of the weight of the KettlebellConnect, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $50 and a restocking fee may apply for any missing or damaged parts.  All returned items must be shipped with the original packaging.

If you need to return or exchange a JAXJOX product you purchased at one of our retail partners, please return it to the store or retail partner where it was originally purchased.
