Return your order via USPS, FedEx, or any other traceable shipping.

Once we have received your package, we will issue you a refund within 7 business days. We suggest you insure your package when returning it to us, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return
  • We offer free returns
  • We issue you a refund within 7 business days
  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges and UPS Return Label return charge, if you choose this option.
  • Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.

In-Store Purchases

If you need to return or exchange a JAXJOX product you purchased at one of our retail partners, please return it to the store or retail partner where it was originally purchased.
