How to Return Your Item
Contact us at [email protected] to let us know that you would like to return your item(s), and to receive your prepaid shipping label.
Package your item(s) and attach the prepaid label to the box.
Return your order at your nearest FedEx location.
Once we have received your package, we will issue you a refund within 7 to 10 business days. The item must be returned to us before a refund is issued. We suggest you insure your package when returning it to us, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

- Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
- Proof of payment must accompany the return
- We will issue you a refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your item
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges and FedEx Return Label return charge, if you choose this option.
- Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.
Terms and Conditions: You must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. We do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid, and a restocking fee may apply for any missing or damaged parts. All returned items should be shipped with the original packaging.
If you need to return or exchange a JAXJOX product you purchased at one of our retail partners, please return it to the store or retail partner where it was originally purchased.
