How can I apply for financing?

You can apply for financing at checkout by selecting the Affirm option. Customers who qualify for 0% APR will have the option to pay as low as $36/month for 12 months. Tax and shipping fees are separate.

What is the total weight of the DumbbellConnect set?

The DumbbellConnect set is 100 pounds total. Each dumbbell adjusts from 8-50lbs.

What weight increments will be available?

8lbs, 14lbs, 20lbs, 26lbs, 30lbs, 36lbs,42lbs, 50lbs per dumbbell

Is there any assembly required?

The dumbbell handle, base, weights, and charging cable will be in the box. You can find assembly directions here.

How do I turn on my DumbbellConnect?

The DumbbellConnect is shipped in sleep mode. In order for it to operate correctly, you must plug it in to charge it.

What iOS/Android version do I need to download the JAXJOX app?

For iOS devices, you must have iOS version 10 or higher installed on your device. For Android devices, you must have Android version 5 or higher installed on your device.

What if my DumbbellConnect is not connecting to my app?

Please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on for your device and that your DumbbellConnect is charged and nearby.

How do you adjust the weight in the DumbbellConnect and how long does it take to switch weights?

Choose the desired weight by pressing the – or + sign on the base. The DumbbellConnect can be adjusted from 8lbs to 50lbs in increments of 6lbs. You can cycle through the available weight continuously, meaning if you are on 26lbs, you can quickly change to 8lbs by pressing the + button. The DumbbellConnect takes approximately 1 second to change your selected weight. IMPORTANT – Do not remove the dumbbell from the base until you hear it beep.

What are the features and functions of the newly designed JAXJOX App?

The JAXJOX App includes real-time performance tracking for your connected products and analytics to review your progress.

For $12.99/mo, you can subscribe to the premium App experience and access on-demand classes and workout programs with real-time performance tracking, scheduling to plan your weekly workouts in advance, and Fitness IQ score.

Do you need to subscribe to the JAXJOX App to track your performance data?

No, you do not need to subscribe to the $12.99/mo to track your data. You can still use your connected products with the app and record your performance in the dashboard view. To track your data, click Classes in the bottom nav and hit Start Workout. This will record your data as you workout. To review your progress and set goals, click Devices in the bottom navigation.

What is JAXJOX’s return policy?

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

You must contact JAXJOX® within 30 days of your purchase date.

You must return the product to JAXJOX® to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged). All components originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to JAXJOX®.
