How do I know if my Foam Roller is Charging?

When plugged in, the battery icon will show on the screen. The icon will flash when charging and be solid when fully charged.

You will need either a micro-USB or a USB-C. Please check the unit’s charge port to determine which kind of cable you need.

Yes, each user must create an account via the JAXJOX App. Please remember that more than one person cannot be connected to a single JAXJOX device at the same time. Data is only tracked to the account that is connected to the equipment at the time of use.

For iOS devices, you must have iOS version 13 or higher installed on your device. For Android devices, you must have Android version 5 or higher installed on your device.

Please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on for your device and that your JAXJOX equipment is charged and nearby. Ensure that the equipment is properly charged and seated on the base properly. You should hear a beep when you place your equipment back on the base. To reconnect your equipment to the app, click your profile icon and select 'My Devices.' From here you'll see an option to "Reconnect Device."

No, you do not need to subscribe to the $12.99/mo to track your data. You can still use your connected equipment with the app and record your performance in the dashboard view. To track your data, click Classes in the bottom navigation bar, and hit Start Workout. This will record your data as you workout. To review your progress and set goals, click Devices in the bottom navigation bar.
