Returns

If you need to return your item, you have a couple of options:

1. If you purchased the device from Apple or BestBuy, try talking to them first to see if they can accept a return.
2. If they will not accept a return, or if you purchased us directly, email [email protected]

 

In your email, include your order number, proof of purchase, shipping address, serial number of the device, and photos of the device in its current condition.

 

When considering your return, please keep the following in mind:

 

1. If a purchase is returned while payments are being made, we refund the payments but not the interest.

2. Returns with a refund are only available within 30 days of delivery. Returns with a refund after 30 days will not be accepted for any reason.

3. We do not offer refunds on any shipping or delivery charges.

4. The equipment that JAXJOX manufactures is very heavy, so you will be required to pay for a return shipment. (For example, shipping the Kettlebell back costs $30.)

 

If you need to replace a whole unit or a part of a unit, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Shipping address
  3. Proof of purchase
  4. Serial number
  5. Photos of the device

 

If you need to replace the equipment due to normal wear and tear:

All equipment comes with a one year warranty from the delivery date; the warranty is voided if damage is caused by the user. Cords can be replaced as well. Shipping is 5-7 days for replacing cords; cords have a 30 day warranty. We can even replace devices or parts of devices from retailers like Apple and BestBuy (We cannot, however, refund anything bought from Apple of BestBuy). Warranty only covers original purchaser. Limited warranty is not transferable.

If you need to replace due to damage caused by the user:

We can still replace the part or whole unit, but the warranty for the purchased device is voided. Thus, you will have to pay for the replacement part. Cords can be replaced as well. Shipping is 5-7 days for replacing cords; cords have a 30 day warranty. We can even replace devices or parts of devices from retailers like Apple and BestBuy (We cannot, however, refund anything bought from Apple of BestBuy).

 

Here is the breakdown of what can be replaced by part or by whole unit:

Kettlebell: base, shell, weights

Dumbbell: handle, weights, base

PushUp: handles, base

FoamRoller: whole unit

Interactive Studio: TBD

 

Please keep in mind the following concerning returns:

  1. If the device is damaged we reserve the right not to refund.
  2. Warranty only covers original purchaser. Limited warranty is not transferable.
  3. We do not keep any credit or debit card information on file
