Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy pertains to the InteractiveStudio, KettlebellConnect 2.0, DumbbellConnect, and Foam RollerConnect sold directly by JAXJOX, (hereafter referred to as the “Product(s).”)

Where We Ship

The Product is only offered for sale in the 48 contiguous United States. JAXJOX will not ship any Product outside of this area, and you will be solely and completely responsible for any purchase or use of the Product outside of this area. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product is destined or in which the Product is used. We are not liable or responsible if you violate any such law.

Liability Statement

In no event will JAXJOX be held liable for any loss, damage, or misdelivery of Products by its shipping carriers.

Estimated Shipping Time

All estimated shipping times given by JAXJOX, if any, are estimates, and are not guaranteed shipping times. By completing your purchase through JAXJOX, you acknowledge that all shipping times are estimates only. Delivery of the Product may take more or less time than estimated. In no event will JAXJOX be liable for any loss or damage of Product resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

Order Confirmation

Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order, Order Number, Product Details, Billing and Shipping Information. If there are any errors in Product, Billing, or Delivery information, please contact JAXJOX Customer Service immediately by calling (425) 324-3017, or emailing [email protected]. Please note that the Order Confirmation is not a Shipping Confirmation. 

Order Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing the FedEx tracking number of your order. 

Deliveries that are refused may be returned to us, and it may take up to 45 days for returned Products to be processed for any potential refund or replacement. JAXJOX shall not be liable for any deliveries that are refused due to incorrect, incomplete, or changed delivery information. Deliveries that are cancelled or refused after shipment may be subject to a Restocking Fee per our Return Policy. 

Any delivery disputes must be made with FedEx directly by the Recipient of the Product. If the Product is lost or damaged during shipping and delivery by FedEx, contact JAXJOX Customer Service immediately by calling (425) 324-3017, or emailing [email protected]. Failure to do so may result in loss of Product or invalidation of warranty. 

InteractiveStudio White Glove Delivery

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Delivery Schedule Request email from XPO, our White Glove Delivery Partner. XPO will handle and schedule the delivery of your InteractiveStudio.
