1. Workout Metric Screen Overview
JAXJOX Rep Power: Your rep output, measured in watts. The power bars are a visual view of your rep explosiveness. The pink bar represents Peak Power, the maximal force, and the yellow bars break down each rep output per arm.
Heart Rate Zone: How hard your heart is working, measured in beats per minute. Each zone represents a heart rate range based on your age group.

Total Volume: Total weight lifted throughout a workout. Keep an eye on your total volume each week to gain insight into your strength progression.
