All-In-One InteractiveStudio Membership

Your $39/month membership gives you and up to five people in your household access to daily live and on-demand classes–including real-time performance tracking.

The InteractiveStudio brings an entire gym to the comfort of your home, where you can schedule classes, learn new skills, and power your way through best-in-class workout programs.

Our classes and programs offer the most variety by combining strength, cardio, and recovery in one powerful, motivational experience. Access new workouts daily and keep your workout routine fresh. 

Membership Activation

Your 12-month InteractiveStudio membership will be activated once you log into your InteractiveStudio and create a membership account on app.jaxjox.com. 

Billing Periods

The first month of your subscription will be billed when you log into your InteractiveStudio for the first time and create your membership account. The remaining months will be billed on the same day of the month that your subscription is activated. By purchasing a Membership, you acknowledge that your Membership has recurring payment features, and you accept responsibility for all recurring payment obligations prior to canceling your Membership by you or JAXJOX.

After your one-year commitment, subscriptions default to month-to-month auto-renew so you can continue to enjoy your workouts without any service disruptions. If you would like to opt out of auto-renewal at any point during your first year, you may contact our team at [email protected] or visit your account at app.jaxjox.com.

JAXJOX Mobile App Access (coming in 2022)

Take your InteractiveStudio experience on the go using the JAXJOX mobile app. It is available on both Android and iOS. You must use the same login information as your InteractiveStudio account. Log in to the mobile app to quickly view the following features from your phone:

• View data and weekly progress 
• Explore classes & programs
• Schedule classes 
• Check Fitness IQ score

How To Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your subscription at any time after your one-year commitment. Your cancellation must be received seven days before your billing date, and your subscription will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle.
