The InteractiveStudio dimensions are 6’.5’’ tall, 2’.65’’ wide, and 1’.8’’ deep. We recommend having around 5 ft of clear space (the size of a yoga mat) to move around and a minimum ceiling height of 8ft for overhead workout movements.

InteractiveStudio membership is required for the first 12 months after your delivery date. Your membership gives you and up to five members in your household access to on-demand workouts and programs, real-time performance tracking, workout summaries, and more.

The InteractiveStudio All-In-One Membership is $39 per month and includes:

Yes, our connected technology is built into our equipment, giving you the freedom to work out without a live class while still recording your workout performance data. To track a self workout, all you have to do is click the ‘Start New Workout’ button on your home screen and let JAXJOX do the counting.

The InteractiveStudio does not detect form. Our expert JAXJOX coaches guide you throughout the workouts to ensure you are performing workout moves correctly. JAXJOX also provides 100s of SKILLS videos to train you on form and technique. We recommend taking our SKILLS videos and beginner programs to learn standard moves before jumping into a live workout.

JAXJOX provides a One (1) year limited warranty on all electronic components (TV, DumbbellConnect Handles, KettlebellConnect Shell, Push UpConnect, Foam RollerConnect, and the Product Main Stand and TV Stand.) Three (3) year limited warranty on Product weight plates (Five (5) KettlebellConnect weight plates, and Twenty-eight (28)DumbbellConnect weight plates.)

The first month of your subscription will be billed when you log into your InteractiveStudio and create your membership account. The remaining months will be billed on the same day of the month that your subscription is activated. By purchasing a Membership, you acknowledge that your Membership has recurring payment features, and you accept responsibility for all recurring payment obligations prior to canceling your Membership by you or JAXJOX.
